THE DISTRESS SITUATION

The year was 2001 A.D. The place was UCH (University College Hospital), Ibadan - the first and the best University Teaching Hospital in Nigeria. The patient was Michael Egbedi, a 17-years old totally paralysed boy - with his body almost completely dried up; he could not even sit down and was always lying down.It was a Sunday afternoon and the conversation below took place between me and this boy.
THE DISTRESS SITUATION

The patient was Michael Egbedi, a 17-years old totally paralysed boy - with his body almost completely dried up; he could not even sit down and was always lying down.It was a Sunday afternoon and the conversation below took place between me and this boy.
Me :- What is your name ?
Patient :- Michael Egbedi.
Me :- How old are you ?
Patient :- 17 years.
Me :- How long have you been on sick bed in this hospital ?
Patient :- For months. (He could not recollect the number of months).
Me :- What did the doctors tell you that your problem is ?
Patient :- Cerebrospinal meningitis.
Me :- And what are they doing about it ?
Patient :- They are giving me drugs.
Me :- Have you been getting well ?
Patient :- No.
Me :- How did you get into this problem ? Did you go to occultic people to ask them to do charms for you ?
Patient :- Charms ? No.
Me :- Help for you has come.

HOW DIVINE CURE WAS OBTAINED FOR
THIS BOY

I opened the holy bible and read to him a passage that is related to divine healing.
I threw my two hands up to God, recited to God Psalm 8 and said to God many utterances of praise and worship.
With my two hands still up, I asked God for mercy, forgiveness of sins and healing for this boy.
I brought my two hands down and put them on the head of this boy.
With my hands on his head, I pronounce d three (3) utterances, WHICH INCLUDED COMMAND THAT THE WATER OF LIFE SHOULD FLOW INTO HIM, in the name of Jesus Christ.
Then I left the place with the plan to visit him some days later.

I returned to this boy the next Sunday and was informed by him that his doctor declared him cured during that week and that the doctor said what is left is good nutrition.
After about twenty days under hospital nutritional supervision, he was discharged.

I returned to this boy the next Sunday and was informed by him that his doctor declared him cured during that week and that the doctor said what is left is good nutrition.
