     JESUS CHRIST IS THIS WATER OF LIFE

     Jesus Christ is the Water Of Life that one can take and Have Safety. 

     "Neither is there Safety in Any Other Person BECAUSE there is NO OTHER NAME UNDER THE SKY, GIVEN AMONG HUMAN BEINGS, whereby WE CAN HAVE SAFETY" - Acts Of The Apostles 4:12.

    (Verse 4): >>> " Because an ANGEL from GOD, at appointed times, entered into the pool and AGITATES VIOLENTLY the water in the pool. Then, WHOEVER steps into the water FIRST after the agitation is CURED of whatever infirmity he had.

    {A} GOD did not set up this pool of water, PRIMARILY, for curing people. 

    That is why, out of the hundreds of people waiting there to be cured by God, ONLY ONE of them is cured when the Angel of God arrives for the OPERATION.

    Remember that (1) God is NOT STINGY and (2) God is NOT PARTIAL.

    {B} God set up this pool of water TO INFORM HUMANITY that " GOD'S SOLUTION TO HUMAN PROBLEMS IS A WATER FROM GOD."

    This Water is the Water in Revelation 22:1 - the Water Of Life (called Living Water by Jesus Christ). 

    That is why the ONLY RECORDED MASS PREACHING by Jesus Christ on the Water Of Life was done in the vicinity of this Bethesda and immediately after He visited this Bethesda during this feast.

                    SOBER LIVING

      SOBER LIVING, here, refers to " SERIOUSNESS WITH GOD in one's way of living ".

     

     {A}  SOBER LIVING BEGINS WITH THE TYPE OF THINGS YOU SAY WITH YOUR MOUTH. (see Acts Of The Apostles 26:25 and note how the word " soberness " was used there).

    (a)  " And the human tongue is a fire and a world of sin. So is the tongue among our body parts " - James 3:6.

    (b)  "... the human tongue can NOBODY tame. It is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison " - James 3:8.

    These two bible verses above tell us that EVERYBODY always faces problem with his or her tongue.

    SOME rules to follow in the use of our tongues are listed below.

    (1) " Let your speech be always with grace seasoned with salt (Colossians 4:6).
  

   Do not curse anybody. Do not use abusive language on anybody. Do not swear. Do not gossip. Do not be a tale bearer (hearing the matter of one person from another person and then going to tell the person concerned what you heard about him or her) - Leviticus 19:16.

    (2) " As a MAD MAN who throws firebrands, arrows and death, so is the person who deceives his neighbour and says I WAS ONLY JOKING " - Proverbs 26:18-19.

    Never tell a lie or deceive people in the name of making a joke. Never behave like a MAD PERSON.

   (3) MISUSE OF MOUTH in talking made Prophetess Miriam (a daughter of God) to become a leper. She made UNCHARITABLE COMMENTS about Moses the man of God. The account of this is in Numbers chapter 12.

    (4) Never be a TALKATIVE. Because  " in the multitude of words (i.e talkativeness) there is bound to be sin " - Proverbs 10:19.

    {B}  MODERATION IN ALL THINGS. DO NOT OVERDO ANYTHING. " Let your moderation be known to everybody " - Philippians 4:5.

    (a)  DRESSING MODERATION   

     Dressing can be easily overdone. DRESS MODERATELY always to AVOID DISPLEASING GOD.

    (b)  BODY ADORNMENT MODERATION   

     Body MAKE-UP is ACCEPTABLE TO GOD. God accepts body adornment or body make-up that makes one more good-looking.

    FACE POWDER is body-make up that is acceptable to God. Wearing WRIST WATCH is body adornment that is acceptable to God. Wearing EAR RINGS by women is acceptable to God.

    Apostle Peter, in 1 Peter 3:3, DID NOT FORBID wearing of GOLD ADORNMENT, COSTLY CLOTHES AND PLAITED HAIR by women. He only admonished them to add INWARD ADORNMENT. Otherwise, it would have been wrong for women to wear plaited hair.

    God did not ANYWHERE IN THE NEW TESTAMENT tell women not to adorn their bodies with ornaments.

     BUT, body adornment and use of make-up must NOT BE IN EXCESS and MUST NOT be made with the INTENTION OF SEDUCING PEOPLE.

    LIP-PAINTING, EYE-LID PAINTING and

NAIL-PAINTING are always meant for seducing people and are FORBIDDEN BY GOD.

    (c)  DRESSING MODE FOR PRAYER  

    God is PARTICULAR ABOUT HOW YOU ARE DRESSED when you are PRAYING or MINISTERING for Him.

    (1)  EXCEPT IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS, only CLEAN CLOTHES must be worn while making prayers or while ministering for God.

    God made reference to this in Exodus 19:10-11 where He ORDERED the Israelites, two (2) days in advance, to wash the clothes they would wear to meet Him at Mount Sinai on the third day.

    (2)  FEMALE PEOPLE MUST COVER THEIR HEADS

    THERE ARE MANY OTHER THINGS THAT GO INTO SOBER LIVING. Aim at IMPRESSING GOD with the way you live.

      REMEMBER : " The Almighty God knows them that are His; let everybody who mentions the name of Christ KEEP AWAY FROM SIN " - 2 Timothy 2:19.

                RIGHTEOUS LIVING

      RIGHTEOUSNESS REFERS TO SERVICE FOR GOD.

      RIGHTEOUS LIVING HAS TO DO WITH FILLING ONE'S LIFE WITH ACTS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS (GOOD WORKS; PIETY). 

   (a)  " We are the worksmanship of God, CREATED in Christ Jesus FOR GOOD WORKS which God has before purposed that WE SHOULD WALK IN THEM " - Ephesians 2:10.

   (b)  " ... thou, O man of God, flee these things (i.e sins) AND FOLLOW AFTER RIGHTEOUSNESS ... " - 1 Timothy 6:11.

    (c)  " Let Your priests, O LORD, be CLOTHED WITH RIGHTEOUSNESS " - Psalm 132:9.

     Every born-again Christian is a PRIEST OF GOD (1 Peter 2:5 and 9) and he or she should live CLOTHED WITH RIGHTEOUSNESS (i.e with his or her life filled with acts of righteousness).
    Look Up Revelation 19:7-8.

    SOME OF THE GOOD WORKS ONE SHOULD FILL HIS OR HER LIFE WITH ARE LISTED BELOW.

    {A}  WORSHIP PRAYERS.

    ( " Fear God ... and worship Him ... " - Revelation 14:7 ).

    The first duty of every Christian as a priest is WORSHIP of God AT LEAST TWICE A DAY (in the morning and at night).
    " Pray without stopping " - (1Thessalonians 5:17). The prayer referred to in this bible verse is WORSHIP PRAYER.

    When you are making prayers to God, you are facing Him directly. During worship prayer, one says NICE THINGS about God to Him, one thanks Him and one praises Him.

     ALL THESE CAN BE DONE WITH SONGS. All prayers should begin with " In the name of Jesus Christ ".
 

   A worship prayer is NOT COMPLETE except one's TWO HANDS ARE LIFTED UP TO GOD at least at one stage during the prayer.
    King David said " Let my prayer be set forth before YOU as INCENSE and the LIFTING UP OF MY HANDS as the evening sacrifice " - Psalm 141:2.

    Psalm 8 is a short WORSHIP PRAYER while Psalm 145 is a long WORSHIP PRAYER.

    MEMORISE both of them and be RECITING them to God AS PRAYER.

   {B}  FASTING
      FASTING IS SERVICE (MINISTRATION) TO GOD. This is confirmed from Acts Of The Apostles 13 :1-3.

       FASTING is = Abstinence From Food OR Drinks OR Sexual Activities OR Sleep FOR THE PURPOSE OF Concentrating On Making Prayers OR Meditation On God's Words OR Preaching God's Words OR Engaging In Physical Activities For God.
   

     NIGHT PRAYER VIGIL IS FASTING.

    FAST REGULARLY. By doing this you impress God. By doing this, you get SPECIAL ATTENTION and MEDALS (special powers which some people call ANOINTING) from God.
    This was the case with the man called CORNELIUS (Acts of the Apostles 10).

Miracle With Drama !!! Satan Pregnancy Ejected From Woman's Body By Water Of Life

     She was about 40 years old and was living in Ibadan with her husband who was about the same age with her. Her stomach suddenly got bloated as if she had become pregnant.
      She knew that what was in her stomach was not pregnancy and therefore went to Mama Muyiwa at Oke-Offa, Ibadan for medical help.

     Mama Muyiwa was a famous government-licenced medical expert who was living in Ibadan and was regularly patronised by people (mostly women) for medical help.
      Mama Muyiwa examined her and informed her that what is inside her stomach is not pregnancy but an EVIL SPIRIT.
      She therefore began going about looking for spiritual help. This brought her to a 3-Days Revival Programme held inside the old church building of the Cathedral Of Saint Peter's at Aremo, Ibadan in August 1980 A.D. This Cathedral is the largest Anglican Church in Ibadan, Nigeria.
      This Revival Programme held from Thursday 14th to Saturday 16th of that month. On the stage, as the GUEST ARTISTE was that famous GOSPEL SINGER, Reverend Akinlade.
      I was there as one of the young people saddled with the responsibility of USHERING and COUNSELLING SEEKERS.

PRAYER WARRIORS SWUNG INTO ACTION MINISTERING TO HER TO GET HER CURED

      UNKNOWN TO ME, many of the fellow ushers had been ministering to her with prayers, PRAYING ON HER to get her cured. Their efforts failed to get her cured.

DRAMATIC ENCOUNTER WITH ME, SHE ENCOUNTERED JESUS CHRIST AND WAS CURED

      About 9 p.m in the evening on the LAST DAY of the programme, the programme for the day had ended and many of the people had left the programme venue.
      Emerging from the PULPIT AREA and walking towards the MAIN EXIT DOOR of the church building was this woman with a LARGE METAL BASIN on her head. I was entering the church building.
     As ushers, it was our duty to prevent DISORDERLY BEHAVIOUR inside the church building. So, I confronted her with a question.

        Me:- Mama, why are you carrying a load on your head inside church building ?
       Mama:- Take a look at my stomach, you will see that it is bloated as if I were pregnant. What is there is not pregnancy but the WORK OF EVIL WORLD.
       Immediately, I called another usher to come and stand by me while I minister to her. I read to her a bible passage related to DIVINE CURE, preached to her DIVINE CURE and asked her to kneel down for prayer.
      She knelt down, I raised my two hands up to God and made prayer to God for her. I then put my hands on her head and pronounced three (3) utterances of faith, which included command that LIVING WATER should flow into her, on her.
     She rose up, held the basin between her arm and the rest of her body and left for home.

EVIDENCE OF DIVINE CURE SOMETIMES TAKES HOURS (BUT NEVER UP TO 24 HOURS), AFTER PRAYER, TO SHOW UP

    After the prayer, there was no evidence showing she was cured. The stomach remained bloated. Evidence of cure showed up SOME HOURS after she arrived home and in a DRAMATIC WAY.

TESTIMONY TO THE GLORY OF GOD !!! ATTEMPTED STRANGULATION TO DEATH OF THIS WOMAN BY THE EVIL SPIRIT FAILED.

      About seven (7) hours after she left the church building, it was then about 4:15 a.m the next morning and there were PERSISTENT KNOCKS on the front door of the house in which some of us the USHERS were living together.
     We opened the door and behold it was this woman giving glory to God and saying " thank you " to us collectively.HER TESTIMONY IN HER OWN WORDS IS AS FOLLOWS :-

     " In the middle of the night, my stomach began a RAPID CYCLE OF DEFLATING AND INFLATING. It flattens, then gets bloated in rapid successions. I took a wooden stool and sat down on it and the cycle (STRANGULATION) continued. After several minutes, my stomach flattened and did not get bloated again. Immediately, I dressed up and trekked to the house of the Mama Muyiwa (about 2 kilometres away) who EXAMINED ME MEDICALLY and declared me CURED".

LESSONS OR CONCLUSIONS FROM THIS INCIDENT

      (1) EXORCISM (casting out evil spirit) is NOT compulsorily needed to cure a person having evil spirit in his or her body.
    I did not resort to EXORCISM to get this woman cured.

      (2) Evidence of divine cure sometimes takes HOURS (but NEVER UP TO 24 HOURS) to show up.
    If 24 hours have passed after the prayer and evidence of cure has not shown up, ANOTHER ROUND OF PRAYER SHOULD BE MADE.
    People who have been down with SICKNESS should be given THE WHOLE OF THE NEXT DAY to stay in bed resting before being expected to resume regular daily activities.

      (3) SOMETIMES, more than one round of prayer is needed to get a SEEKER cured.
    Several rounds of prayer had been made for this woman before I made prayer for her.

Tragedy In Pentecostal Church !!! Ghost Pregnancy Strangled Choir Leader To Death.

   " THE DARK PLACES OF THIS WORLD ARE FULL OF THE DENS OF CRUELTY " - PSALM 74:20. GET INTO SAFETY !!!

     (1) " Your POSITION in the CHURCH (general overseer, pastor, elder, choir leader, e.t.c) does not guarantee you SAFETY from Satan the Devil and his GANG OF EVIL SPIRITS ".
    Have the Water Of Life inside you and you have this SAFETY !

      (2) " God has not at any time promised that born-again Christians will not fall sick ".
     (3) What God promised is that born-again Christians will NEVER COME UNDER THE POWER OF SATAN. This is in Luke 10:19.
    A Christian can fall sick without Satan being the source of the sickness.

     (4) Born-again Christians are expected BY GOD to
    (a) OBSERVE RULES OF HYGIENE to avoid falling sick and
    (b) MANAGE THEIR BODIES IN SUCH A WAY THAT IT DOES NOT BREAK DOWN IN SICKNESS.
    This is done with (1) SAFE FOOD, (2) SAFE DRINKS, (3) GOOD SLEEPING and (4) REGULAR EXERCISE of the body.

      It was about 8:10 a.m at Isabatudeen Girl's Grammar School, Akobo, Ibadan on a day around 1995 A.D. Into the staff common room breezed Mrs Olaniyan (an English Language teacher) making a loud announcement saying :

    " Fellow teachers, there is an emergency and your collective help, IN CASH, is needed. The choir leader of The Arm Of God Christian Church at its National Headquarters at Akobo in Ibadan is in a DISTRESS. Her STOMACH is undergoing a cycle of INFLATING (getting BLOATED AS IF PREGNANT) and DEFLATING in RAPID SUCESSIONS. She has been rushed to a PRIVATE HOSPITAL. This hospital is demanding that 300 NAIRA be paid to the hospital before she can be admitted into the hospital for treatment. So, fellow teachers, CONTRIBUTE MONEY towards providing this money ".

     NOTE :- I was attending this church up until about 10 months BEFORE THIS INCIDENT.

TRAGEDY STRUCK BEFORE THE NEXT MORNING

    The NEXT MORNING, the Mrs Olaniyan breezed again into the staff common room and announced the death of the woman with the following words :-

    " Fellow teachers, contribution towards providing the 300 Naira is no more needed. The woman has died ".

     This woman was STRANGLED TO DEATH by the evil spirit that LODGED IN HER BODY.

    This woman's problem was not a MEDICAL PROBLEM. It was a SPIRITUAL PROBLEM and the hospital staff OUGHT TO HAVE KNOWN THIS and to have told her this.
    Their attempt at collecting 300 Naira from her, for a treatment that was BOUND TO BE FRUITLESS, is therefore WICKED and CONDEMNABLE.
    Your best bet is ALWAYS public (government) hospitals.

Dying Of A Medically Incurable Protracted Illness, Felicia Got Cured By The Water Of Life.

    " FOR YOUR SAFETY, Keep the Water Of Life INSIDE YOU ALWAYS ".

    The year was 1981 A.D. It was in the second half of the year and this incident took place inside a tenement two-storey apartment at Ibadan in Nigeria.
    Felicia (aged about 26 years) and her husband (aged about 30 years) lived in a room on the middle floor of the building while I lived in a room on the same floor but on the other side of the common passage.
    About three months after giving birth to her second child, she fell sick and remained sick for over the next 3 months.Her first child was about 2 years old then.

 EFFORTS OF MEDICAL DOCTORS TO  CURE HER FAILED

    Felicia had the privilege of having as her senior brother (a blood relation) the owner and the medical doctor running a Medical Centre at Mokola in Ibadan. She was taken to this medical centre for help. All drugs administered on her failed to cure her. Efforts made by medical doctor friends of this her brother also failed to cure her. Her health condition continued to worsen.
    The husband, sensing that death was knocking on their door, raced to their hometown in Ijesaland to call Felicia's mother to come and witness what was going on.

FELICIA WENT INTO COMA (POSSIBLY DIED) AT HOME

    About 8 p.m one evening, there was commotion and cries for help in the common passage separating the two rows of rooms in our floor. I came out of my room to know what was going on and was directed to a toilet where Felicia was.

   There she was, sitting on a potty, rigid, motionless with eyes wide open staring at the wall. The husband and a co-tenant carried her into her room and laid her on the ground in the presence of her mother.
    Sympathisers gathered in their room and the husband narrated what they had been going through.

    After hearing the narration, I left for my own room and sat down there not willing to get involved in the matter. After some minutes, I had a rethink, took the holy bible and went to their room to help them out of their distress.

FELICIA RECEIVED THE WATER OF LIFE IN THE COMA AND INSTANTLY JUMPED OUT OF THE COMA CURED

    (1) I read a bible passage, related to divine cure, to the audience (the husband, the mother and the sympathisers with them). I then preached to them the message of DIVINE CURE THROUGH THE WATER OF LIFE.
    (2) I raised my hands up to God, recited to God Psalm 8 and uttered to God many utterances of praise and worship.
    (3) With my hands still up before God, I asked God for mercy, forgiveness of sins and healing for Felicia.
    (4) I brought my two hands down, STOOPED DOWN and laid the hands on her head.
    (5) With my hands on her head, I made three (3) pronouncements of faith on her, which included COMMAND THAT THE WATER OF LIFE SHOULD FLOW FROM WITHIN ME INTO HER, in the name of Jesus Christ
    IMMEDIATELY I REMOVED MY HANDS FROM HER HEAD, Felicia came out of coma, started talking and the following conversation took place immediately :-

    Felicia :- What did I do for you people?
    Me :- That made what to do what?
    Felicia :- See me on the ground. See all my clothes as they are not covering me properly.
    Me :- What is your name?
    Felicia :- Felicia Ayoola.
    I turned to her husband and asked him if that is her name and he said "Yes". That was how I got to know her name. The conversation then continued.
    Me to Felicia :- Arise. Be seated.
    She rose up and sat down and was then helped to stand up and walk to where her bed was. AND SO ENDED THE PROTRACTED ILLNESS.

FELICIA RETURNED TO HER REGULAR EVERYDAY ACTIVITIES IN LESS THAN 36 HOURS

    She spent the whole of the next day in bed resting. The next morning, she resumed her regular everyday activities.

    From my observations as her neighbour, I concluded that she was under an occultic spell to die of illness.
   An EVIL SPIRIT OF ILLNESS had been put on her by one of her enemies.
   Her problem was therefore SPIRITUAL and NOT MEDICAL and she was therefore medically incurable.

    Me :- What is your name ?
    Patient :- Michael Egbedi.
    Me :- How old are you ?
    Patient :- 17 years.
    Me :- How long have you been on sick bed in this hospital ?
    Patient :- For months. (He could not recollect the number of months).
    Me :- What did the doctors tell you that your problem is ?
    Patient :- Cerebrospinal meningitis.
    Me :- And what are they doing about it ?
    Patient :- They are giving me drugs.
    Me :- Have you been getting well ?
    Patient :- No.
    Me :- How did you get into this problem ?  Did you go to occultic people to ask them to do charms for you ?
    Patient :- Charms ? No.
    Me :- Help for you has come.

    I brought my two hands down and put them on the head of this boy.

     Then I left the place with the plan to visit him some days later.

    I returned to this boy the next Sunday and was informed by him that his doctor declared him cured during that week and that the doctor said what is left is good nutrition.
